An artifact from various European cultures that resonated with us was that of the Black Madonna. A figure who has historical roots spanning multiple continents and centuries.

She has been noted as being responsible for multiple miracles healing miracles, and blessing villages with increased fertility and protection. She is responsible for countless religious pilgrimages and continues to hold a powerful and mysterious connection to cultures across continents.
