Returns & Warranty
We want you to love everything you order from Half Life. Each piece we create is designed with intention and crafted to last, but we also understand that sometimes things do not work out. That is why we have built a simple and fair Returns and Warranty policy to keep things stress free.
Returns — 30 Days From Delivery
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. We do not accept returns for items that have visible signs of wear, scents, stains, or damage.
If everything checks out, we will process your return and issue either a store credit or refund (your choice). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Email us at admin@halflifedesigns.com with your order number, a short description, and photos if needed. We will walk you through the next steps from there.
Warranty — 90 Days Quality Guarantee
All Half Life garments come with a 90 day warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind our craftsmanship and only use quality materials, but if something is not holding up like it should — whether it is a split seam, faulty zip, or unusual fading — we want to know.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and material defects, but it does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or items that have been altered or improperly washed.

Stains, rips, or pilling from regular wear

Any damage caused after altering the item
If you think you have received a faulty item or something has gone wrong within 60 days, contact us at admin@halflifedesigns.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a short explanation. We will review the case and either replace the item, repair it, or offer a refund depending on the situation.
Returns and Warranty Processing Times
Once your return or warranty request is approved, we aim to process all refunds, replacements, or credits within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified by email every step of the way.
