We want you to love everything you order from Half Life. Each piece is designed with intention and made to last. As a small, independent brand, we handle every order with care and stand behind the quality of our garments.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or size. Please check your measurements carefully and compare them with the size guide before purchasing.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will make it right. To be eligible, the garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation. Return shipping costs will be covered if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

The shipping fee for returning an item, unless faulty or wrong on delivery, are to be covered by the customer.

Warranty: 90 Days Quality Guarantee

All Half Life garments come with a 90-day warranty from delivery. This covers manufacturing faults and material defects, such as:

• Stitching coming undone

• Faulty buttons, zippers, or hardware

• Major fabric or print defects

It does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Damage from incorrect washing or drying

• Stains, rips, or pilling from regular use

• Any damage after alterations

If you believe you have received a faulty item, contact us within 90 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a fair solution.

Processing Times

Once your return or warranty claim is approved, we process all refunds, replacements, or credits within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. You will be notified by email throughout the process.
